If you wish to cancel a service while work is in progress, a partial refund may be available depending on the amount of work already completed. We will provide a breakdown of the work completed and calculate any applicable refund accordingly.

4. After Service Delivery

Once a service has been fully delivered, refunds are generally not available as the work has been completed. However, if you believe the service was not delivered as agreed, please contact us within 14 days of service completion to discuss your concerns.

5. Consultation-Based Services

For consultation-based services (Account Verification Assistance and Account Recovery Guidance), fees are agreed upon before work begins. If, after our initial assessment, we determine that we cannot assist with your situation, no fees will be charged. If fees have already been paid and we are unable to provide the agreed-upon assistance, a refund will be issued.

6. No-Recovery Situations

For Account Recovery Guidance services, we are transparent that recovery is not always possible. If we undertake recovery guidance and the recovery is not successful, a refund may not be available for the guidance and time already provided. However, we will always communicate the likelihood of success before proceeding, and we will not charge for services we have not delivered.
